I originally purchased a bounce house that was too big for the intended space and costumer service was amazing! They even called me personally to tell me they processed my refund! I was happy to find another bounce house to fit the space!

Great. Shipment arrived on time and the kids love it. My children are 4, 9, and 11 and each of them had a great time enjoying the slide.

Ordered patch kits and double ring straps. Price is great and fast shipping. Called to get information on what I needed and were very helpful, even told me to call them when I was patching up the inflatables if I needed help and they would assist over the phone. Great customer service.!!
