I actually purchased this pillow for my husband, but he found it too soft. I’m trying to upgrade his latex pillow from queen to king, after using it for a very long time, and it’s a firmer pillow. I didn’t know anything about different latex at the time, and I think that I must have unknowingly bought him a Dunlop latex pillow way back when, so I think a medium Dunlop pillow is going to be the solution for him. I tried the PlushBeds pillow out since he didn’t like it, and decided to use it myself. I had recently purchased a Helix Talalay latex pillow, and I found it too soft, just firm enough to be usable, but my head almost compressed the pillow flat against the mattress. It isn’t nearly as springy as my old pillow. The PlushBeds pillow is much better! It would be perfect if it were just a little firmer, but it’s a very nice pillow as is. I use the Helix pillow on top for propping up in bed against my headboard, and it works well for that purpose, so I’m actually able to use both pillows, thankfully. I really appreciated being able to use my HRA debit card to purchase the pillow without worrying about reimbursement. I’m hoping to be able to spring for a latex mattress topper someday!

Quality materials make such a difference. The sheets feel so comfortable. The pillows are a bit lofty, I wish I could take out some of the filling. Otherwise, the bundle for $200 was completely worth it.

We've had this bed for about 2 months now. While this is not long enough to comment on long term use, we bought it on recommendation from a long term user who still loves his bed. So far it's comfortable and feels clean. Shipping and set up was pretty easy, no off-gassing! My only complaint is it's not firm enough. I knew this before buying because nothing is ever firm enough for me! But this was a compromise with my partner who loves it, and it's really helped him sleep more comfortably with back issues. .

I ordered the 9 inch Mediun-Firm, It's way firmer than I thought it would be. It does not bother me.

My cat and I are in agreement that this is the best mattress. I have back issues but with this mattress I wake up with little to no pain. Regulates my body temperature and the pillow and sheets are comfy.

Looked for another layer to alleviate shoulder pain for side sleeping. This layer made it better but not enough give or possibly thickness to accomplish this.

We ordered the Botanical Bliss mattress and it was perfect. I was very apprehensive to order a mattress I hadn't at least laid on - but it was exactly what we wanted.

We bought a Queen Organic mattress almost 5 years ago and we loved it, We moved to a new house and this time we got the King Organic Mattress. Best decision ever. No second thoughts. Even after 5 years the queen mattress is as good as new. Great Customer care as well.

Bought the botanical mattress and wool topper.

I think it is healthy, and I am adjusting due to these health benefits and was impressed with my body absorbing into on top. It got a little bouncier after a short while either way, after but very comfortable.

Great company and product!

I just moved into a second home, and ordered a new king size bed from plush beds. The reason. Was because I could configure the furnace, and I liked the idea that the material was pretty much hypoallergenic. Especially since I was moving into a new renovation that still was very dusty. I did not want any further allergies. Turns out that I did not order the right topper, the bed was a little too soft initially. So I got in touch with them and we ordered an additional piece to go in between the base and the topper which was very firm in the middle. And that was the right solution. I am so happy I sleep great. I have no aches and pains. And I’m hoping to get another one soon for a different room. I gave this company 10 stars if I were able to. Instead of five.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Simply the best.

I ordered full white glove service. The gentlemen were very courteous and careful to fully clean up after the set up. They answered all of my questions as they were setting up. I appreciated their efforts very much. I have been sleeping on the mattress for several months now, and it is certainly better than any other mattress I’ve slept on before. It holds its shape perfectly, no sinking in the middle. Sides have also held their shape. The mattress is supportive. I do have arthritis, so it is extremely difficult to find a bed where I can sleep through the night. I still don’t sleep through the night on this mattress, but it is better than any other mattress I’ve ever owned. I would definitely order another one in the future.

This additional pad has salvaged my mattress that was sadly too soft for a bad shoulder. It makes it very tall and not as easy to remake/move if it's more than just the sheets, but it has made it so I don't have to buy another mattress and find a home for the one I had that was otherwise in perfect condition. Thanks for your help.
