Ordered was received very late, even though express postage was paid for. Very disappointing and would not order again. No refund was offered and there was no follow up communication

We needed a Christmas gift quickly and couldn't find anything that would ship in time, nor did anyone have the game we were looking for locally. I found Playhao online and was skeptical of ordering Internationally since we needed it quickly. In reading reviews I felt comfortable making the purchase. Playhao helped process the order quickly and push it through. It did get hung up in Japan due to some FedEx customs issues and then again in TN in the states. Playhao held our hands through the process and helped us get in contact with FedEx. They were responsive and helpful. The offered us options when our package wasn't going to arrive on time and they also refunded us the full shipping costs while they went after FedEd to recoup the fees from them. They also offered us a $50 gift card to use them again. 100% would order from them again.
