I ordered the wrong size and tried to exchange the sweatshirt for a larger size. Was told no exchanges were allowed. So I thought I could submit a return and was just going to buy the same product in the larger size but noticed the price had gone up from the time of my original purchase. I asked if I could get the larger size at the same price but that too was declined because “prices of their products fluctuate.” So I just returned the item. Ironically I got an email a few weeks later that said “ an item you are interested in has dropped in price.” Of course it was the same sweatshirt. Unsubscribed.
