The size of the product that I purchased was very small ( XL) was more like a Medium I couldn’t get my arms down the sleeves, I don’t think a (XXL) would be large enough. I gifted the lounge set to my Nephew who wears a (M-L) the quality of the product was good

I bought a hoodie around January 8th never got the hoodie emailed many times not one response never ordering from playboy again

I had placed an order beginning of January and it’s been over a month that I have yet to receive the items I ordered. On top of that I’ve reached out 2-3 times and still have not gotten an email response with an update to my order. Not really the best experience I’ve had overall

Amazing experience with Playboy nothing to say except the regular shipping method by t-force ( other side of country here in Canada ) could be a little bit better , ive waited a week and a half before receiving it when it had arrived in my country, anyways glad i received it now and will probably be shopping here again in some near future;)

I bought the Tokyo pt.3 hoodie and sweatpant and thought it was amazing. The sweatpant fitted fine, but the hoodie was a little tight. The sleeve of the hoodie had a hole in it and one of the metal on the sweatpant string fell off when removing it out of the box.

I bought the decanter set and it would have been beautiful if it had not been shattered upon arrival. It also took a month to come in. I sent it back to be refunded because they wouldn’t send me a new one. It’s been a month again and I haven’t received my 200$
