Playbetter is a great company and very accommodating. With me buying a unit a week prior to Black Friday, they adjusted the price to match the sale, so I didn't have to return my current unit for a new unit at the sale price. Their shipping also came within 48 hours as stated on their website.

Would have gotten a 5 star review, but the protective case was left off the original order. However, they did send it immediately after I contacted them.
