Great updating me and shipping it fast.

Did great. No problems at all.

Preordered the shot scope lm1 and had clear communication on order, expected delivery.

great

Had a back log order but it still arrive as promised. v/r Donnie D.

I really like the way my LM1 purchase was handled. Arrival time was as projected. I really like the golf instruction info I receive. Great company and have recommended to many friends who are golfers.

Great

Easy ordering process and timely processing and delivery.

I had an excellent purchasing experience with PlayBetter. Delivery was ahead of schedule, and communication throughout the process was outstanding. Timely email updates and consistent shipping notifications made the entire transaction smooth and reliable. Unfortunately, the Shot Scope LM1 has been a significant disappointment. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, the device is non-functional in terms of capturing swing metrics. It only registers club head speed and fails to record any of the other expected data, both indoors and outdoors. I have attempted multiple setups, repositioning, and tested different golf balls and clubs, but the issue persists. While I understand that new product releases can have early challenges, the performance of this unit does not meet expectations. Additionally, the lack of timely customer support response has added to the frustration.

Would recommend 10/10

Thank you - watch was pre-owned but appears brand new. Everything about this purchase was excellent - watch, service and shipping.
