The wait list had me a bit concerned because I know that the Square is on back order quite often lately with lots of people coming to realize that it's an awesome product for the price. However, after being told it could be weeks, I received a notice that I would receive my device after only a few days! I was ecstatic. Everything was packaged perfectly for transport, and the handwritten note was a very nice touch. Will be purchasing through Play Better in the future whenever I get a chance.

Really was quite pleasantly surprised with the package that PlayBetter provided! Everything was very easy to assemble. The quality of the "accessories" were a bit of a concern as I awaited shipment, but the hitting mat, projector hardware . . . (the fact that a 25" high quality HDMI cord was included), all exceeded expectations! Very pleased and highly recommend. Only issue/suggestion . . . when I was buying and had a couple of simple questions during install - it would be really nice to reach some one on the phone . . . that was seemingly impossible BUT I did receive pretty timely email replies. Recommend!
