PlayBetter did a great job addressing a difficult issue. I purchased the LM1 at the time of the first release in February of 2026 and had to wait until May of 2026 to receive the product. This is a really difficult issue to address with customers like myself wanting to get the product in their hands ASAP. PlayBetter was very professional and informative in addressing this issue.

Very happy with LM1 launch monitor. Arrived quickly and fully charged. Easy to set up and use at the range and on the course. Seems very sturdy, too. Numbers match those I get on much more sophisticated simulators. Great price!
