Crazy fast shipping, the sound send works perfectly with my enclave wisa speakers

Wonderfully operating on a pair of WISA beolab 17 and a beolab 19 with an LG tv and Apple TV. No lag. Easy to install. Simple, clean and an inexpensive/incredible way to have WISA speakers managed well. I’ve been using my Monaco 5. 2. 2 system with SoundSend for 9 months now. The speaker set is brilliant, delivering a rich, immersive sound in my 45 m² living room. However, I wasn’t at all happy with the SoundSend module. The connection to the speakers was very unstable, with constant dropouts. That has now changed with the Hub X. A very stable connection, plenty of connection options and excellent sound. Much better channel separation and a significantly more dynamic soundstage. I couldn’t be happier!

I received my new system within a week of ordering to the UK, great delivery. Unfortunately it came without the centre speaker and EU plugs not UK. After a brief email to Platin, Renny sorted it for a centre speaker and UK leads to be sent out. Finally got the speakers set up and I am very happy with the 5. 1 sound. The set up was very easy via the App. All in all a great system and I would recommend over an Atmos soundbar everytime.

Good experience

Package arrived and all good. Easy enough to set if all up and app works well. The only issue i'm having is both surround speakers are crackling a bit. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The customer service chat was fast and very accommodating. I was really blown away by the Monaco 5. 1's clarity and wide sound stage. After pairing these with the Surround Hub and listening to Spotify lossless, I couldn't stop playing tracks after tracks for hours on end. The best comparison I could come up with is like hearing the audio from high quality open back Sennheiser headphones!
