The customer service chat was fast and very accommodating. I was really blown away by the Monaco 5. 1's clarity and wide sound stage. After pairing these with the Surround Hub and listening to Spotify lossless, I couldn't stop playing tracks after tracks for hours on end. The best comparison I could come up with is like hearing the audio from high quality open back Sennheiser headphones!

Platin Audio, and specifically Renee, have been awesome. They were everso helpful when answering my questions on the system, its delivery and set up. I'm outside the EU, so please be aware of import duties due, and even there Platin Audio have been fabulous. The system itself is everso easy to set up and the sound is incredible. It is worth every penny. If I could change anything I would have liked the system to have a facility to self assess distances and set itself up like my Sony amp does. But otherwise, the whole thing has been perfect. And thank you Renee, you are a star.

Sound quality is good, but not enough power at all. Also it looses connection pretty often which is really annoying, that’s why only 4 stars can be given.

Great product. Clear and easy to listen. Multiple speakers can be connected on the same channel. Chose Surround Hub, you can connect a lot of sources, audio inputs, streaming and bluetooth!

Amazing performance from these small speakers! Paired with Platin Surround Hub and SRXII based 30L 12" SLS subwoofer, my living room 4. 1 surround setup has never been better. Amazing resolution, dynamics and soundstage integrity at high volume during action movies, heavy electronica, ect. keeping up with on paper, much more capable speakers. Amazing value for money.

I switched from my old Sony HT-ST5000 high-end (at launch time) Dolby Atmos sondbar to a Platin Audio Monaco 5. 1 + 2 x Platin Milan 2. 0 used as up speakers in a 5. 1. 2 setup. The sound quality, even for music, is night and day from my old Sony soundbar. As my Bravia KDL-A8 OLED TV does not have eArc support, I'm using a FeinTech AX340 HDMI 2. 1 eARC Pass Switch to select one of the four HDMI sources: a Sony Bluray Player, a Google Chromecast Ultra 4K, a Fire TV Stcik 4k Max and a Zidoo Z20 Media Player. The TV is connected to the switch through the eArc HDMI output and second eArc output is connected to the WiSA SoundSend. Optical input from the WiSA SoundSend is connected to a WiiM Pro Plus audio streamer. Analog input from the streamer is connected to my trusted vintage audio rack, containing only Sony ES components. Even the vintage CD, turntable and tape players sounds better through the Platin Audio system comparing with 2 Wharfedale floorstand speakers. I am very happy with my new setup. Platin Audio is an excellent and extremely easy to setup solution for the price.

First if all, the good news: The device has arrived and works. The sound on my Beolab18s, compared to the previous chain of Bluesound Node 2i and the Beolab Transmitter 1, is great. On the other side, a) I have received an additional invoice from Swiss Post for shipping b) the manual is rather small and requires some knowhow upfront - is not for dummies c) some functions do not work as described in the manual, e. g. initiating pairing mode and assigning speaker roles by the button on the back d) the setup is much easier to perform through the app, but this is not stated in the manual e) I miss more information on Room EQ and all the functions it provides, so one is left to trial and error. Great product for the price.

I bought this system in white with the Surround Hub X as I prefer the DTS format and then purchased 4 white speaker stands for the SONOS ONE to support the Monaco's. The system looks great and sounds great. The quality of the speakers is solid and heavy for their size. Living in a seniors apartment complex in Ontario, Canada, the Subwoofer gives me just enough bass to make its presence known. I am connected up to a 2019 LG B9 OLED TV. I tried the SoundSend, but the difference between it and the HUB X are like night and day. Having the HUB is like having a full on 9 channel receiver without all the bells and whistles, exactly what I was looking for. I had been debating whether or not to go with this type of system for about 3 years and after a full on wired Denon and Pioneer 5. 1. 4 system and the a Samsung 7. 1. 4 system, I finally bought the Platin system and am very happy with it. A few glitches later and conversing with Renny rectified any issues and answered all my questions. The support, for me, was great. I don't do music streaming, so I am not connected to the internet.
