Brilliant service as always and the quality of the products is consistently high.

The parts I ordered came in good time although I ordered them well ahead of when I needed them. The items are well protected and you need to be careful as everything is wrapped in paper and its easy to loose the screws but they are wrapped in a different coloured paper which is so thoughtful and an indication of the care the company takes with its products. The tap had a lovely cloth bag to protect it while I was waiting for it to be fitted. Communication is good too. I wish them all the best in moving forward.
