Great customer service. I had a small issue o with one of my lunchboxes a year later and they were very responsive via email and offered several solutions.

Perfect portion sizes and such great quality! Worth the cost, my son is loving his new lunch box.

Shipping minimum is a nuissance

I love how easy they are to open for my young kids and we're going on 3. 5 years using them almost daily with no issues!

Bought all of my boys planet box’s when they went to kindergarten, my oldest is a sophomore in college now, middle senior in high school, youngest sophomore in high school. Today my middle came home with his planet box and bag…. And the zipper is torn away … he’s the senior in high school, this planet box almost made it through K-12! My oldest bag is still good, so he will use that one. . 3rd child still in great shape! Thank you for making such a wonderful lunchbox and case, three boys, 3 three planet boxes and bag , first problem! A senior in high school amazing!

Love PlanetBox's products. Great quality! The day tripper day box did get damaged a little in shipment and is dented but still works great. Only complaint would be to package a little differently with shipping so it doesn't get damaged.

Overall the bottle holds a great amount of water and is not heavy which is great for my toddler. We completely love the metal straw, easy to clean. The primary issue is the silver part with the straw that screws to the top of the bottle. It always seems to move. I’m not sure if it’s default in the item or if it’s apart of the design. However, I can’t see why it would need to move. Very annoying for parents and teachers.

THERE IS NOT ONE THING I WOULD CHANGE. LOVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE GOING A DECADE STRONG!!!
