I got size 7 for women and they turned out too small. Need to exchange for size 7.5. The exchange is so easy and I even received the new pair before I mailed the old pair back! And it’s FREE!!! Besides, the shoes are so good quality.

I was advised by my son’s orthopedic to order this brand of shoe because it’s ideal with ankle braces, so I did. The shoes came in and are entirely too narrow where they need to be wider. I have tried reaching out to their customer service department but they’re refusing to issue a refund for the return of the shoe. So here I am with a $40 pair of shoes that have never been worn and the damn company won’t take them back... The way I see it, if you don’t accept returns then you probably know you’re selling a shitty product.

Super comfy initially. Lightweight and obv very stylish. Sole is not very cushioned and you can’t walk around in them all day. Fine if your sitting at home, a bar, or at work. But not if you’re going to have an active day.

The shoes look great. But there is no arch support and because of the lace less band technology, the upper most portion of the lace constricts the top of my foot, causing discomfort in a location I’ve never experienced with any other shoe. I will be switching to standard laces.
