I got electric fuchsia shoes because I realized my wardrobe consists mostly of jeans and black/white/grey T-shirt’s and needed to pep it up. I wanted the yellow but they were sold out but the pink was meant to be. Super comfortable. I ordered a half size larger like they suggest (which I also did with my ecols) but needed to swap for my true to size 8.5. I didn’t find they run small. Not as soft as my ecols but still could be worn day one for a long time. Customer service is on point too. I had many a “brain fart” moment and messed up my order. They were patient and responsive.

These shoes are so comfortable and cute. I also bought different types for my 5 year old and he loves them. Great on your feet, comes with choices of souls, very high quality material, super fashionable. Highly recommended :)

Very complicated customer service and return.

We have tried five different models now and loved them all. We’ve experienced great customer service and fast shipping. The shoes are great for my three kids, two of which have wide feet. I like the wide toe box and how the sole is flexible enough for natural movement. There are more minimalist shoes out there but these are a great everyday shoe with a little more protection.

I was SO excited for these shoes. I saved birthday money for months awaiting the black friday sale. I purchased some shoes for myself, my husband and my daughter. My husband's shoes fit and have been great so far (plae shoes truly are amazing quality) so if it was a review just for that particular shoe and purchase i would rate 5 stars. Unfortunately I bought my regular size but both shoes were too big. One pair was extremely uncomfortable in the back and rubbed my ankle raw while trying them out around the house. The other pair was just too big but comfortable. If i could give a rating on the exchange/return process I would give a 1 star. It first took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive. By the time they got here and I tried them on right away and seeing they didn't fit immediately tried to start the exchange process. It wouldn't let me process a return or exchange after filling out the form and following the link so I had to try and contact someone. I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone or on chat so I emailed. After not getting far in 3 days of emailing I did finally get ahold of someone through chat. Because it had been so long since I originally ordered now (1 month) the shoes I loved were out of stock in the color I originally ordered. The other colors were still in stock but they wouldn't let me exchange it even though it was the SAME price and SAME style. So my only option was to return and if I wanted to buy them original price (yes with a coupon but still wouldn't get me near the price i originally paid). This was extremely disapointing to me. This was my FIRST experience with plae and I heard great things about the shoe quality from a friend and I couldn't believe that customer service was so hard to get ahold of and then was completely unwilling to be sure I ended up with a pair of shoes in the end. I couldn't afford the regular price which is why I saved and waited so long. Had this process gone well I would have recommended them to everyone beca...

I have ordered online multiple times. I am yet to receive my order correctly. The support team is careless about customer experience and does absolutely nothing to help. Barely any inventory in the desired sizes.
