As usual, I have no complaints with PBC. I know some stuff gets damaged during shipping, I have only had one issue with one order in 9 years, and it was handled promptly and immediately, which seems to be the trend. I continue to use my PBC after 9 full years, and IF IT EVER DIES, I have a PBX in the basement waiting to take "the magic barrels place) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Delivery was flawless and I used my replacement charcoal basket within two days of receiving it. It worked great. Mind you, I used this on my old Barrel House smoker, so I wasn't sure how well this would work out. Clearly, this is well made; heavy duty and feels like it will last a good amount of time. It worked great. Ribs came out spot on.
