for a custom size delivery was prompt. Label was created in UPS system day the order was placed but due to 5 day manufacturing time there was 5 days with no status on UPS site. Overall product quality is very solid. Screen is robust unlike versions shipped from Overseas

Wonderful people and a joy to work with, who made a fireplace screen that perfectly fits in our arched marble fireplace. We appreciated their patience and willingness to refine the design to accomodate subtle angles.

The house number plate is quite substantial. The color coating is impressively thick. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company!

Shipping takes a couple of extra days due to the fact that these brackets are custom made. You get what you pay for!

Shipped item to wrong address was told to go pick it up. Can't drive so never received what I paid for. They blamed shipper that they hired and did nothing not a good way to do business. I paid for item they said they would deliver didn't happen
