Website and customer service were both exceptional! The order when through with no issues. On every occasion I've ordered through phytools I've had no issues and excellent results.

As the title says, product and delivery was perfect, but I had to pay almost $100CAN to UPS for customs related charges. I did contact Phytools and a portion of the cost was reimbursed which I appreciate. This cost should be made very transparent for buyers BEFORE the purchase. E. g. amazon. ca They include an estimated customs cost. Customer only pays this estimate as a maximum. No hidden fees. I'll order on Amazon. ca next time.
