I need a refund for $68 for order # ppdus3892 which came from Amazon but was paid thru Pay Pal. I cannot use the 5. 5 by 8. 5 size. Where would you like me to send them back. I finally got the 8. 5 by 11. 5 which is what I use thru Amazon. I have always bought from you and will continue to do so. .

Great product at a great price

I ordered 13 x 19 Satin finish paper to print amazing poster-sized calendars each year for my family, so I order large quantities of this large format paper. The quality of the paper is phenomenal and I have no complaints with this and this aspect gets 5 stars. HOWEVER, the last shipment the paper was just thrown in a box with zero protection for the paper (which is only in cellophane). The corners are not protected and the last batch of paper the corners were bent so badly that the feed into the printer caused the printer to make loud noises and the bent corner rubbed against the print head producing giant black smeared edges and corners of the damaged portion. This resulted in having to reprint several posters — wasting my time, ink and paper. Protecting the corners of a paper shipped by careless mail delivery carriers in my mind is the very most important thing! Epson puts their paper in boxes and sometimes even those corners are bent, but almost every boxed delivery I get has smashed corners which also most often damages what is inside as well — especially when there is nothing stopping it from smashing all over the place inside the box. So, unfortunately this takes this review down to a 2 — would be 1 if not for the quality of the paper. I ended up getting alternative papers through Amazon which had more careful packaging, but not by much. The whole pack of 50 sheets (which was very expensive) is unusable and this will prevent me from making any future purchases from this company.
