The rear camera on my S21 was broken. Phone surgeons took care of me from start to finish. They sent the courier to pick up, let me know each stage of the process as it was happening, then sent my phone back to me in as new condition. Very reliable and great value for your money. Also impressed by their tracking systems, which notified me of every step of the process, from their shipment of the phone to them, receipt, evaluation, repair and then return courier of my iPhone. With my forty years experience in IT and tech industries, also founded and ran one of New Zealand's first ISPs in the 1990s - 2000s., I have dealt with all sizes tech firms. Phone Surgeons is in the top three best service of my career with tech. Also, they provide a 1-year warranty on the repairs. Best competitor I could locate in NZ was half that, 6-months.
