Very very good. I damaged my phone and was so sad to not have the photos of my sick mother. But phone surgeon found the problem, fixed phone very quickly. Nothing is a problem to them. Highly recommend. Very friendly.

Phone Surgeons is a fantastic business. They have repaired my old iPod, and two iPhones. Super fast, easy to use service. They provide courier label for NZ Post to deliver the iDevice to them. Replacement of the battery in my iPhone 6S was done and placed on courier to me same day. They also provide a 12-month warranty on battery replacement. Fantastic service. I had read some good reviews so thought we would give it a go. Shipping ticket was sent promptly, updates on the repair were great, an email at every stage to let us know what was happening and photos of the repair at completion before shipment. Phone was returned back to our door the next day. Glad we used them and would not hesitate to again.
