Never received my order placed on September 21st with no shipping updates. And still have not gotten any updates or the order over a month later

I placed an order for Featherlight Cucumber SkinNectar and The NightNectar (formerly H2Oil), but I received two bottles of NightNectar instead. I reached out to customer service multiple times, starting on February 18, 2025, and despite follow-ups, I have yet to receive a response or a resolution. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and service.

I didn’t receive everything. I tried emailing about this and haven’t gotten a response in two weeks. Very upsetting. The oil & toner are great, though the oil was not very user friendly, especially as someone with a shoulder injury. I have to work to open it which I wasn’t anticipating. The product I’m missing is the reusable mask, which I was looking forward to. This would’ve had a higher review if they tried contacting me to resolve this but they never did.
