I had a good experience signing up, ordering, etc. however I did not receive my email with the new customer discount code. I searched on line and found one. Otherwise I found the site easy to use. I love the citrus shampoo and conditioner and hope it arrives soon :)

My order placed on July 21, did not shipped until August 14, and as of today has not been delivered to me. Do you think that makes me happy????

I had a very nice experience other than the body wash I received was not the same the one I used in Japan apparently the Hyatt collection is not the same Hyatt collection in the USA.
