Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Have not received item nor has it shipped. I have requested a return via their online request area with zero response. Have messaged customer support over a week ago with zero response. Would use caution ordering from this company. You may not receive your item and it may not be the correct item.

I submitted a request a day or so ago for a refund and instructions to ship this product back to PFG Pro… I have yet to receive a response!

Shipping was very fast, gloves were in great shape. I know this company has a lot of bad reviews and I was worried after I placed my order what to exspect. But everything went fine for me. Not a bad experience.

They gave me a return number & said to use the provided return address label. No link or attachment provided such a label. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to get the label & they have ghosted me.
