Seems to be a quality product but they sent me the wrong size

I accidentally placed an order for this shipping protection along with a groin protector. Realizing the mistake immediately, I contacted customer support to cancel the order while the tracking status was still strictly "Label Created. " Instead of simply voiding the label and issuing a refund, customer service ignored my timely cancellation request and forced the shipment through anyway. ​To make matters worse, I was charged a massive shipping fee, and now the package has been stuck in customs clearance for almost a month. As someone who has spent over a decade in the ring and regularly orders equipment from premium international boxing brands, I expect a basic level of responsive customer support. The irony of asking me to rate "Shipping Protection" when the merchant refused to stop an accidental order and left it stranded in transit for 30 days is beyond disappointing. I am still waiting for the package to arrive so I can finally return it for the full refund I was promised.

Rubber gun never came, i have sendt mails, and tried the chat function but haven't received any response. According to the tracking they provided, the gun was returned from Jamaica, back to Patterson. I was trying to avoid giving bad review, but given the circumstances i have no other choise. Please get in touch and fix the problem

Nonexistent customer service. They claim Hassle-Free returns and 30-day postage paid returns, but it is not true. They ignored my return authorization. I also filed a complaint with the BBB - PFGSport did not respond. I looked up their address on Google Earth (791 Paulison Ave, Ste 3 Clifton NJ 07011). It’s actually a building that contains the following stores: Auto parts, textiles, leather goods, and a warehouse.

Missing my second pair of pants

I had both called and emailed and requested to have the purple and black as you would previously sent me a pair of this and your company confirmed and when my shorts arrived, they were blue and black. I’m having a hard time getting in contact with anyone to make the change.

Got an email to review them before I even got them. I ordered on 11/13 and still haven’t received them. I just checked the tracking number and they should be here 11/25. Also picked the 5 day shipping cause they were needed for a class

Unfortunately, I never received this Gi. I have tried multiple ways to contact the company but there doesn't seem to be a direct line of communication, so I think I just need to submit a dispute on my debit card.

I need to exchange the kimonos. They are too small for my daughter even though it’s set for 130 pounds to a size 5.

Inaccurate and misleading product descriptions. For shame.

Poor customer service. Tracking number says the package hasn't been picked up yet as of 7 days ago. No help from customer service to either cancel or re-ship product. Will need to contact my credit card company.
