Missing my second pair of pants

I had both called and emailed and requested to have the purple and black as you would previously sent me a pair of this and your company confirmed and when my shorts arrived, they were blue and black. I’m having a hard time getting in contact with anyone to make the change.

Got an email to review them before I even got them. I ordered on 11/13 and still haven’t received them. I just checked the tracking number and they should be here 11/25. Also picked the 5 day shipping cause they were needed for a class

Unfortunately, I never received this Gi. I have tried multiple ways to contact the company but there doesn't seem to be a direct line of communication, so I think I just need to submit a dispute on my debit card.

I need to exchange the kimonos. They are too small for my daughter even though it’s set for 130 pounds to a size 5.

Poor customer service. Tracking number says the package hasn't been picked up yet as of 7 days ago. No help from customer service to either cancel or re-ship product. Will need to contact my credit card company.

Paid extra to have my order delivered within the week. Week came and went. No order. Attempted to contact customer service. No response. Saw the MANY 1 star and negative reviews describing similar bad experiences with the company. I do not expect to ever receive my order. I do not expect to ever hear from anyone with the company. I do not expect to ever get a refund. I will never, NEVER, EVER shop with this company AGAIN.
