Excellent customer service. One box was missing so I let them know on Saturday. On Sunday I received an email that it was still on an ups truck, soon to be delivered. They even supplied a new tracking number. Nice of them to respond on a Sunday.

Had to replace my bowl after 30 years, from ware and tear. Great product.

I’d rate a 5 because I absolutely love the product, but I had some breakage and have not yet received the replacement. I discovered an additional cracked bowl and simply tossed it. We do love our dishes & Pfaltzgraff items.

One bowl was broken during shipment and the company was VERY prompt and accommodating with replacement.
