The Chateau Smoke set is beautiful. Everything except one dinner plate arrived without issue. I did not see on my order or on the website where I could report this issue, so I could have the plate replaced.

I'm very happy with the dinnerware sets I bought. My mother had Pfaltzgraff dinnerware (Yorktowne) growing up, and 35+ years later they're still going strong. So, it was a no-brainer when I finally decided to upgrade my dinnerware to go with Pfaltzgraff. I'll be ordering a couple more sets to put back, just in case, but these will be my 'buy it for life' items for the dinner table.
