I love the product. It is even better in person than it was online. It is very roomy and I love that you can purchase an organizer that fits in the bottom of the backpack. However, I was frustrated to find out after I placed my order and it had already shipped that I could have purchased the same exact backpack on the Disney website for 30 percent off.

Even in time of disaster when wildfires were running through the town where they are located, Petunia Pickle Bottom made right by me. Somehow I accidentally chose the wrong product and the customer service rep I spoke to overnighted the correct one! I had it just in time for the baby shower. So SATISFIED!!!!!!
