Product itself is great quality, took 5 years for the strap buckle to break with heavy use. Replacement strap had no color options to match the one we had.

I´ve been writing to you guys in the past two weeks to make a return and I haven´t had a response yet.

Bought some items off of a Babylist registry. Seem to be well made and have a unique design. Took a little long for shipping-surprised that they didn't have free shipping considering the 7-10 day lead time. If I wasn't in a time crunch, I would definitely look at this site again and possibly purchase something for myself.

The bag was high quality but the colors were not as expected. I thought it would be more peach but the flowers were quite a bright orange. I also had hoped the change pad was easier to wipe but it's fabric. I returned it.

I really liked the bag/backpack a lot. I love the look, the pockets on the outside, the wipeable material and the intermix containers. I will be sending it back because it is bigger than I anticipated. I’m only 5’2” and it just looked big on me. Although I have three kids 4 and under, I still didn’t think I needed that much stuff to drag around. It was comfortable to wear though and do wish it would have worked!

I have really enjoy carrying my new diaper bag, but when I unpacked it there was a blue spot on the very top of it. I thought it might wipe off because I purchased the canvas material, but it has not. I've tried multiple times. I really needed a bag so I have not called customer service about it because I don't want to be without a diaper bag while it's being replaced.

This bag has everything a new parent needs! I gave my son and daughter these bags and they are very grateful. It has held up very well with a lot of use and I recommend purchasing this bag for any new parent!

I recently purchased the cross-over clutch in birch/black and love it. The style is so cute and will be perfect for quick errand runs with my little one. I gave it 4-stars though bc the first one I ordered came in with a black mark on the front.. and so did the second one. But customer service was so amazing and kind and they took care of the problem in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised with that experience. The third one came in (mark-free) and I love it. Would recommend this product and company to any mom looking for a fashionable diaper bag!
