Our older cat (15 years)
Our older cat (15 years) is a generally grumpy indoor-only female. She tends too be fearful in new situations and enjoys a quiet life. Recently we learned that she becomes too stressed to be left with a visiting cat-sitter during even brief trips. So we opted to train her to join us in our #vanlife travels. Because of her nervous nature, we hoped CBD oil could help, but we also know she is a picky eater. Fortunately, she accepts this oil added to her wet food. We started her on this oil weeks before the van training began to make sure it was in her system. We spend time in the parked van at first, then worked our way up to drives around the block, and eventually an overnight trip! To our surprise, she adapted quickly and was even able to relax and enjoy views and smells of the outdoors, which has been so enriching for her. I truly think the transition was made easier due to the effects of this CBD oil. Thanks for helping us turn an anxious house cat into a traveling van cat who has now driven with us across the US and back!
