From start to finish it was so easy to shop online at PetPawsRx. Small hiccup with getting on your wonderful Rewards program but you have such good customer service that was fixed right away. You have good products at good prices. I've only shopped twice, buying Advantect II, which is a great flea treatment for my cats, and Happy Jacks which is skin balm that works very well to soothe hot spots, I will keep shopping at PetPawsRx because you have what I need and provide the best service that others don't and that's very important. I've purchased from PetPawsRx twice. I'm so glad to have found PetPawsRx! The online order was simple to place [a little hiccup in the beginning getting on E Paws Rewards program, but wonderful customer service solved that problem]. While I am a new customer I can tell I will be ordering again and again. I ordered flea treatment and a skin balm for my cats. They have great products at great prices and they actually provide customer service. Got my order as agreed, got notification when it shipped. All good service I appreciate very much. Everything is working fine, so I won't be needing help because it so easy to place an order, just wanted let people know this is a good company with good people providing products we need for our pets.

What is there to say? The website is easy to navigate, the reviews are stellar and the prices are, for the most part, better than everywhere else I looked.
