I did a TON of research for my second child's keepsake trunk and decided on Petite Keep because their trunks (and all their products) are the prettiest I've found. I LOVE the color choices, trunk interior designs, and embroidery options. Their products are unique and beautiful. I'm excitedly anticipating my son's trunk, but wanted to write this review purely based upon my experience with PK customer service. PK has been amazing with communication -- they answered my inquiries promptly, and most impressively, the day after I placed my order I asked to change the trunk color and embroidery. The team promised to try and promptly got back to me saying the changes could be made! I know with many companies this wouldn't have been possible so am so grateful. I already couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase with PK and *cannot* wait to see the beautiful trunk. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer & already planning my next purchase.

My experience with PK was amazing. I originally ordered the mini trunk for a bridal shower. The trunk, the fabric and even the box that the trunk came in was detailed and stunning. You could tell the vendor thought out all details of the product. Later (close to my event) I realized wanted the lock and key. I explain that I wanted to display the trunk at my daughter's bridal shower. Customer service responded within 24 hours. They said they couldn't promise delivery date but would do their best. I was so happy the package arrived a few days before my event. Woohoo! PK thanks for your speedy service in completing my vision with the bridal trunk and being a part of creating beautiful memories with family and friends.

Incredible experience purchasing this bridal trunk to gift to our bride on her shower day! It was a custom order and we were on crunch time, but somehow this team made it happen! Customer Service 10/10: They are not kidding when they say they’re customer obsessed, their customer service is the absolute best bar none, I’d give their customer service 100 stars if I could. Product: I got the mini trunk and oh my goodness, it is stunning beyond words, absolute perfection. I got one for my sisters surprise engagement party and it was unbelievably beautiful, I cannot recommend this company enough, if you’re on the fence, dive off and make that purchase, you won’t regret it!
