i reached out to customer service prior to my issue , it’s been 2 weeks and i still have not received an email in response to how my issue could be resolved ; i placed an order with peterbrooke a few days prior to vday . when i placed my order , i paid double in shipping what it would originally cost for the order to be delivered on 02.14 - unfortunately , the order was NOT delivered on 02.14 , it was delivered on 02.15 . it showed on the site , “ delivery for 02.14 “ - this was my first time ordering with peterbrooke , and fortunately , it will be my last time . i’ll make sure to let family and friends know the poor customer service / customer care they do have .

Shipping super fast, excellent service

Was told would ship next day if ordered before 2pm, it did not ship until the following day and was in turn late for Valentine's day. My Valentine did not appreciate this and dumped me.
