The quality of this shipment doesn't taste as fantastic as shipments I have had in the past. I also have a few concerns with the whole process. First the quality of the popcorn didn't seem as buttery and salty as in the past, the quality of the chocolate on the popcorn also didn't have the chocolate flavor I had had in the past. Seemed like the product was old and had been sitting around for a while, It also looks like there was new packaging, not sure if this order had been sitting around or was made the same day when I ordered it. As far as shipping, if the product had been sitting around for a while, why would I be forced to pay almost $20. 00 in expedited shipping? There are no other shipping options except for this expensive expedited shipping. Lastly, when I was checking out, I was given the option of purchasing an extra package or more of the SAME chocolate covered popcorn for a MUCH lower price than what I had purchased it for in my original order. I feel it's already overpriced as is, but then when the same product is offered at a few dollars LESS than I purchased it originally, I feel like I am being taken advantage of. If you drop your prices on the products, I would be purchasing more of it. Also, I had to order separate mild chocolate and dark chocolate bars. Some in my family have a preference for one or the other, why not sell a mixed duo gift bag with both milk and dark chocolate in the bag? Buying them separately is more expensive than buying a duo gift bag of the same. Finally, when typing out my review, when I was ready to submit it and click the button below, it took me to a complete other website that had a blank review section for me to "rewrite" my review. This process seems cumbersome and frustrating.

Excellent, as always. Love the chocolate covered popcorn. No other chocolatier does it like Peterbrooke. Keep up the great chocolate. Also the delivery was very impressive. Received the goods 2 days after ordering. Impressive!

I love the website. I don't like FedEx but it's because they don't listen to delivery directions. It took me a week to get my chocolate because they put it in the package room, and it's only available when I'm working.

As always your products are excellent. My only complaint is that the little box was very flimsy and cheap. I'm glad that I messed up and sent it to me instead of my dad. Would have been a bit embarrassed by the box.
