Called over the weekend while the business was closed and decided to not leave a message. I received a call back Monday anyways making sure I was helped!

Would have been nice to know the 'Banister adapter' was too thin for the retractable gate screws so I had to drill into the bannister anyways. Also it only comes with only one, not both sides. Regardless, I haven't used it and it will be going in the bin as it's no useless.

Easy to order, came a few days later. Very simple.
