Taken a couple of times a week, it will help you manage your bloating, if that's something you struggle with. What I found was that, when hit with severe food poisoning, it did help mitigate the symptoms, to a degree. It wasn't a substitute for medication, but for the price, it is the most effective, and most pleasant tasting, probiotic drink out there. By a country mile, imo. In fact, the only caveat I will add, is to say, you need to plan ahead if ordering online directly from Perkii. They have a long turnaround time for orders. It was 19 days from my order being placed, to it being fulfilled. In fairness to them, I understand the logistics are extremely complex as their product needs to be shipped in cold storage necessitating a special courier. It's also possible, they take time to manufacture each batch. Once the product is out for shipment, it'll arrive the next day. In thermal insulating wrap, within a cardboard box. If your local Coles/Woolies/IGA isn't out of stock, I suggest buying from them as a convenience measure. Although, I found that when you are mid food posoning and Coles is out of stock for a few days, you'll begin to start asking God why you didn't order online. The best way to ensure supply is to buy via subscription, stock up when you don't need it and down yourself in the stuff, when the bloating/cramps begin.

I tried the green perkii shots and they worked brilliantly. I could tell the difference within a couple of days. I had just 2 courses of 2 different antibiotics and my digestion wasn’t great but after perkii things dramatically improved.

Your delivery service is great. It's unavoidable, but the packaging is immense which is a shame. Tbh, I feel better buying them from a supermarket. On that note, though, please fix the lids on your new gut shots. Many of them are so tight I need a rubber gloves to open it. Currently I have them at home, so not an issue, but if I was out and about and bought it in a supermarket, I wouldn't be able to open it.

I have been buying these from time to time at Supermarket but since I brought in bulk I have noticed a big difference in my gut and reflux problems. I am also losing weight again I am not sure whether this is why but I am very happy. The only problem is they are quite expensive and as a pensioner I find it hard to balance the food budget and include these regularly.
