Ordered it’s on 20th December as a Christmas present with Tracked 24 delivery. It’s now 12th January. Still hasn’t arrived, I’ve contacted customer services multiple times and received no response. No idea whether I will ever actually receive it. I understand things get lost sometimes but it’s really difficult to contact customer services, and when you finally do find the email they completely ignore you. Waste of time and money.
