I paid for next day delivery which was great, however, I paid for NDD so the item I bought could be used as a Mother’s Day gift. The item arrived completely unuseable, giftable, it was covered in wax, damaged and I immediately contacted customer service. They requested further photos which I provided immediately and have not received a response since, despite requests to inform me if a replacement is possible asap so I can order elsewhere if not. I haven’t received a full refund or any attempt to quickly resolve the issue, so unfortunately I will have to make a chargeback with my bank and luckily I’m in a position where I can escalate further with ease if required. Really unfortunate as this could have been dealt with swiftly and it would have made a lovely gift that I now don’t have the time to replace.
