This mattress was excellently built, just a bit too soft so they helped me with an exchange which doesn’t typically happen. Their customer service through that process was fantastic and I give them five stars. I just got the replacement mattress 2. 0 which is a bit firmer, and it’s FANTASTIC.

I am getting a great night's sleep on this mattress. I am consistently achieving very high sleep scores on my Garmin watch after switching to the Performasleep 2. 0 mattress. My shoulder aches and pains have gone away. Highly recommend!

This would have been a 5star review except when I bought the bed during the 4th of July sale, the website stated that all bed purchases came with fitted sheets and 2 pillows but nothing came. The company removed the verbiage from the website from the I placed the order until I received the bed. Outside of that great bed.

Maybe it takes some time to get used to. I don't necessarily care for them a little too firm. . good night bad enough to return though I will be keeping them.

I’ve had it for a bit & it’s still super hard

I have the mattress 2. 0 I have bad lower back pain with this bed I do sleep better but I do wake up stiff due to the beds firmness. Would you recommend me going to the hybrid or keep breaking this one in and slowly the firmness should go away?
