I need a good ankle support, however all of your products need more information on measurement

I had such a hard time getting these. I ordered them and got an email they were shipped and three weeks later I still didn't have them. I called and was assure they would be delivered soon. I never received so called again and was told would need to be ordered again. What a mess.

Shipping nightmare. 5 stars for customer service efforts to fix the problem. Replacement product sent overnight at no charge, however, incorrect product. Almost 4 weeks later and still have not received original order.

Our company negotiated free shipping years ago. Now I have been told that does not show in their records. We keep getting referred to our sales Rep. We see this guy only after calling him repeatedly, and that is maybe every couple years

The new slits on the side of the exerciser that hold the rubber band cut the bands very quickly compared to the old style. Will not be purchasing these thumb exercisers again.
