The Pod is not detected in my new K-Café® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker. I cleaned the machine several times and it still cannot detect the Pod. This was a waste of money.

I came across this website for coffee filter cups. I needed two for two different models of Keurig machines. I purchased descaling solution, and two scoops as well. I had only used the coffee filter cup for a month when the lid detached itself from the cup as the plastic hinge does not have the structural integrity or strength to handle usage. I called and they sent out a new one. As soon as I used the new one the top chipped on the side. This only confirms the poor quality of materials used in making these coffee filters. So I can't really give much stars for their coffee filter cups. I do however love the coffee scoops they cut down on the mess transferring my ground coffee into the filters. I wish the plastic they used for the scoops which is heavier duty was used for the lids of the coffee filters. :(
