shipping good but the synth was once open , I didn't get the photo polaroid that should come with it and no peeling off keyboard protective film , it wasn't there and it should when you watched 100 you tube videos of unboxing

I signed up to be notified via email when the Artuiria KeyStep mk2 was in stock before preordering it. I later received an email informing me the item was in stock, but I didn't get an update on my order status. I contacted customer service who informed me the item had just shipped. Perhaps I was being impatient, but it felt like the order status update should have come first.
