Overall very positive experience. Product works great and is exactly as advertised. The only problem was that the product was back ordered for 6 months and P. C. didn't update me even once the whole 6 months. I wasn't sure I was going to receive the order until it just showed up in my mailbox 6 months after ordering it. But all's well that ends well. So maybe P. C. could send an email every month saying "hey, you have a product on back order, and everything is still OK and on track. " Just an idea. Other than this, the UB-Xa is awesome and so is P. C.

Perfect Circuit is hands down the best place to buy gear. Not just a G. A. S. antidote either. Genuine authentic customer service! I live in New England, so there usually an extra day or two on the shipping. Worth the wait, and not just for the Blueberry Airhead candy! My plastic bins of cables are adorned with Perfect Circuit stickers because they are my go to. I never leave reviews anywhere, but my last order, PC went above and beyond for me and I'm grateful.

Your staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but I had purchased an Instruo Tanh, and took it home and couldn’t get it to work, so I brought it back in and he offered to test it to verify whether it was working or not. He said it was, and showed me that it was, so I thought it must be something on my end. Turned out I was plugging the input into the output, and the output into the input (Why would the input be on the bottom, and the output be on the top???). Anyways, my bad, but very helpful and friendly staff!
