I ordered a navy blue seersucker suit. It was my first time ordering a blazer from Percival and was unsure of the sizing so I ordered a size 34 and 36. The size 34 fit perfectly. The process to return the other size was very easy. Unfortunately, a month after shipping the return, it was still “moving through the network” via the USPS. I reached out to Percival to inform them and ask if I should submit a claim to the post office. They said that they would investigate, but they went ahead and processed my return- nothing more to do on my end. I’m very happy with my new suit but even happier with the great customer service I received from Percival.
