In the past I’ve had good shipping experiences, but this time, it was disappointing. I never received a shipping notification. Then the parcel showed up. Without the notification I couldn’t initiate a return. The folks at Peppermint manually pushed the notification so I could initiate the return. I returned the item, but no refund for 15 days ( and the only reason it is coming is because I emailed them asking them to do it manually), and after all this, I won’t see that refund for another week. Kudos to the people who helped me here, but clearly something is wrong with their shipping/return mechanism. Nothing easy about it.
