I love the hooks but did not receive the kit to make the handle. Also, the edge of the larger hooks are very sharp. I'm going to try and file them so they have more of a round edge.

I have a lathe, but absolutely no experience using it until I got my 1st kit from PennState. The directions were very helpful and well written and the online resources via youtube were plentiful. The result is better than I could have imagined.

I always recieve my orders in a very resonable timeframe and since their products are outstanding, I've not had a chance to experience their customer service but I'm pretty sure they are as good as their products.

My only problem was the outside of the blanks where pitted and kept catching on my tools.
