Very good experience. Customer service folks are always great to deal with. My only complaint is that it takes longer than expected for items to ship when you order online, which can be the difference between meeting a deadline and not. Place an order on a Thursday and it doesn't ship until the following Wednesday.

Shipping was a little late but other than that it was a good experience.

Your products are good. Your customer service seems that way as well. Your shipping is over the top. I ship packages (22x22x4 and typically 8-11 lbs) for cheaper than you ship a small box of pens. I always ship ups and most of my stuff charges more, and goes through post office so takes a lot longer as well. Makes no sense.
