The envelope package was delivered
The envelope package was delivered empty. The top was not sealed properly and both packs of pencils did not arrive. I e-mailed twice and both were ignored. The total cost was only $16, so it is not worth my time to bother anymore. But congratulations on losing a customer for life.

The pencil didn't come out
The pencil didn't come out as the way how I wanted at all, the paint is not smooth, so the paints are uneven on the pencil body, I took a screenshot of the font when I ordered, and the pencil arrived with entirely different font, and not matching our organization's font, so we can't use any of these. I would like a refund or remake of the pencils.

Expensive pencils, expensive shipping and they took a long time to arrive. If these weren't the specific kind the teacher asked for, I would have stuck with reliable, reasonably priced Ticonderogas.

It takes forever to ship. I've had an order that says "ready to ship " for over a week. Nothing. There are better places to buy your pencils.

Great find
The only place I could find a Blackwing brand pencil sharpener in white aluminum. Also grabbed a large eraser holder in white aluminum from same manufacturer. Arrived in good condition shipping turnaround was decent. Received my order less than a week after purchase.
