On time delivery, and swatches was excellent

I really appreciate the concept of Swatches. . . it really gives an idea of to the fabric and colours beyond what is seen on photos. One improvement suggestion is that although a lot of fabrics are provided, I still find some colours missing.

I will say finally I made good choice. They have used high grade black coated steel inside for frames which is really good. The foam density also looks really great will not sag. I was able to quickly dismantle the sofa and reassemble it again myself. I will say you can visit their experience centre to check the model you want. Quality wise you don't need to worry they are doing good job there at this price point.

Excellent quality at this price point. I was able to quickly dismantle and reassemble the sofa . I observed that they use high grade steel inside which is really good for durability. The legs of the sofa is made of teek wood looks quite sturdy . Overall I am impressed.

Buying a sofa is a big purchase. Hopefully something you only do every 10+ years. I trusted pelican essential from beginning to end. From first reading about their sofas on their website, then speaking to reps, placing an order and having the boxes delivered safely and the final assembly. That's a lot of steps to get through and I felt confident the whole time. I would recommend to friends and definitely purchase through pelican essential again.
