I was headed out for an Elk hunting trip in Colorado and at THE LAST MINUTE, realized I did not have a travel case large enough to accommodate my gear. Purchased a case online and included comments about the time sensitive nature of my trip. The customer service team jumped into action and the case arrived in time as promised and saved my rear end. Been using various Pelican cases since the mid 80's. My most recent purchase is to hold safely, scuba gear as I travel to the western Pacific for a bucket list adventure. The 1615 case I acquired is light, and protective of my very important equipment. Looking forward to the trip and using the well engineered case.

I still haven't received my order, when I first placed the order, I had called in and was told they were in stock, then when I called back later, they said they were on back order. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Website was super easy to find what I needed. Price point was the best out there, checkout was easy, shipping was crazy fast, arrived in time for me to use on a remote job that came up suddenly.

Great prices and packaging. When it's in stock it's amazingly fast. However, if something is out of stock there is no notice given. You have to call and ask why it didn't ship. Some automation would be good.

Great shopping experience. The order was processed quickly and the fast shipping was appreciated. The Pelican 1615 is smaller than it appears in print. I travel for work and often need to bring tools along. This is perfect.

My only complaint is that shipping method. Shipping was a lot and you don’t even get a tracking # nor ETA delivery transit. When will I know my shipment will deliver? I’m just waiting around. This needs improvement.
