Very happy with my pedometer. I am not very good with setting things up, so my husband helped me and I’m up and counting my steps throughout the day. I wish the lettering: steps, calories, distance were a little bigger so I can see them better, but overall very happy.

I received my order in a timely fashion. The new cuff seems to work just fine. I wish Omron made their velcro fasteners for these cuffs better as with normal use, the velcro looses its ability to hold after about one year. But, I will use your company to order my replacement cuffs!

When I received and used the pedometer it did not work correctly. I worked with Jackie, and she made sure I had programmed and set it up correctly. It still did not work so she sent me a new one. This one worked, and I did not even have to send the old one back. Great Company to do business with and fantastic Customer Service
