I had to send the first one back, as I couldn't set it even with the help of one of your technitians. I cannot set the second one, the instructions are vague and it is impossible. I do not have time trying to set a worthless Product.

I actually just needed a clip because mine broke, but I bought a couple extra pedometers as gifts. They are simple to use, and come in many colors.

I cannot get it to work yet. Plan to give it to younger family members to set it up.
