Zinc seems to be protecting us from bugs so far

I've been wondering if I needed methylated B vits for a while, and don't have the funds to genetic test right now. I saw someone recommended Peak Supps on a social media group so I thought I'd give their methylated multivits a try. I've been taking them for a month now and about a week back I noticed a real improvement in my mood. I'm really happy that I can order a powder, so no fillers. The order came quickly.
