I've been using Peak Supps Maltodextrin and Fructose mixed in a 2:1 ratio for my cycling nutrition. The powders mix well, are easy on the stomach, and have worked perfectly during long endurance rides and a six-day cycling camp. However, seeing an artificial sweetener added to nettle extract tablets which l never expected sent me into a state of shock.
